  1. Myth: "Women should not lift weights because it is dangerous"

    1. Women can lift weights just like anyone else can! Anything can be dangerous if you are doing it incorrectly. With good form there is no worry!​

  2. Myth: "Women will get bulky if they lift weights"

    1. Women and men form muscles at a relatively same pace. It also takes a longer time to see hypertrophy results so getting bulky is not an issue for most women.  ​

  3. Myth: "Women cannot lose weight lifting"

    1. Studies have shown that lifting weights has increased peoples basal metabolic rate for up to 48 hours after completing a lifting workout!​
